The INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP IN THEORY AND SOUND III “Flood, the ec(h)opolitical” takes place in August 26-28, 2024, Pelio, Monastery of Paou, Greece, as a combined theoretical/artistic workshop simultaneously exploring, questioning and unsettling the modern “theory/practice” conceptual divide, while creating a participatory and cross-disciplinary platform for scholarly/artistic exchanges and convergences.

In this year’s workshop the guest speaker is Brandon LaBelle, an artist, writer and theorist working with sound culture, voice, listening and questions of agency.
