The studio investigates how everyday living is being formed by the use of utilitarian objects. Objects influence the ritual (performativity) of every day life. The projects should analyze, conceive and introduce both objects and performative modes of everyday living. In the workshop, a group of students will design and build objects for everyday living by activating a list of materials from our common built culture. Using simple mechanical tools and a low technology process, certain design formulas and a building guide will be followed in an open building performance that will take place in a public space in Volos
