The research titled "Physical and Psychological Health in Urban Planning: Impacts and Prospects" focuses on highlighting the issues present in urban planning and the environment, with particular emphasis on people's physical and psychological health. One way we highlight these issues is through examples of urban planning carried out by professionals such as architects, urban planners, as well as organizations and plans aimed at urban development. This approach allows us to see how city design affects the daily lives and psychological states of its residents.
The next part of the research presents the methodologies and analytical methods used to study the impact of urban planning on health. Specifically, methodologies such as the role of green spaces, climate change, materiality in architecture, and aspects related to safety and well-being in urban planning bring critical insights into how we view the physical and psychological conditions of people in urban environments.
The final part of the research summarizes the evidence from the study conducted using questionnaires and a comparison of urban planning in two cities. The data analysis, based on how city residents perceive urban planning, contributes to our conclusion regarding how humans should contribute to urban planning as well as their physical and psychological health.
