The interest in the research that follows, is focused on the parallel “life”, experience and treaty that prevails among the “female workers”. It is mainly about a close observation of the life of “human- female workers” in relation to that of the “bees – female workers”. It is attempted an identification of their similar elements, conditions and  reactions throughout  their course.

Initially , a report will be realized considering not only the function of the bee as organism, but also its role in the whole beehive. Moreover, it will be mentioned the prevailing social organization among the different categories of their species.

Afterwards , a new research will takes place, which has to do with the way and the reason why the animal kingdom is used for the description of human attributes and facts - in speech – during antiquity.

An analysis will emphasize the status, the psychology and the general picture of women as “workers” in the “society” of the beehive as well as the conditions under which they function and direct their course by making their difference distinct from the opposite sex.

Through the recording of 6 different “female workers - women” experiences, regarding  the sectors ,which have been analyzed, as a parallel reduction will be attempted with the corresponding  “female workers- bees”, having as a common base the activities  that make them both “female workers” in their own societies respectively. So be more specific,  each phase of a bee’ s life will be studied under the spectrum of: a baby sitter, a cleaner, an engineer ,an immigrant –woman ,a farmer-woman and a guardian-woman.  In essence,  it ‘s about a role play with a view to extract similarities and differences between two organisms of different  nature under the spectrum  of “female worker”.
