Space in animationcan not be defined with base metric measures of natural space. This weakness of ours, for space’s precise delimitation, does not prevent us from giving it, a series of characteristics, which we receive from the existence and movement of forms in space. We conclude, therefore, that space in animationis neither uniformed, nor distinguished by catholic principles and nor is it identified with specific characteristics, but it is characterizedby a variety which is based on the type of animation, in the way that the narration of the story, is given, as well as in the story itself. Therefore in the film FANTASIA ofWalt Disney, given that the it is constituted from 8 self-existent narrations, in each of them we can conceive the existence of a different space, we are led to the discrimination of four units of space. The gradation of units of space from "real", to "selective reality", to "imaginary'" and to"abstract" was made real with the continuous comparison of each one of the “under – space” with natural space and among them, through the processes of the spatial and optical perception.
