Human activity has caused irreversible damage to the environment. Continuous construction activities have depleted natural resources, leading to uncontrollable waste production, making it necessary to rethink planning approaches and to adopt a more circular model. However, achieving this requires a thorough understanding of circular economy, which over the years has been structured around many different ideas and concepts, making it difficult to reach a consensus on what it actually entails. The purpose of this research is to examine what circular economy means in Greece and the concepts it encapsulates, through its presence in Greek education.
