According to building surveyors, buildings are not just static objects, their shape is undergoing continuous formations and according to these formations they record external influences. For this scientific sector of architecture, buildings are not just passive elements or sensors to which they are registered factors or crime scenes or locations to which violation takes place.

Building environments, are deemed to assemble structures, services, infrastructures, and technologies with the ability to act and interact with their surroundings and shape events around them. They ‘’build’’ and shape instead of just surrounding the human actions. The implication of violence elaborates incidents and facts. A structural crack is a good example of an element that can take the role of a sensor and in this case the role of an agent. Although such cracks may be seen as indicators of a structural problem, they should not be considered simply as symptoms, but rather as material events that emerge as a result of evolving force contradictions around and within them. A crack can never be reproduced, each of these cracks is a unique combination between micro material failures and macro force fields. Furthermore, cracks develop along the paths of least resistance that pass through the points, where the cohesive forces of the inert material are at their weakest.

Due to the fact that, people today die in wars or inside buildings the city can’t just be deemed as a system to which wars are taking place. When the dust from an impending disaster settles, the way in which it is dealt with can be an element. Cities are complex systems, and the target of buildings, bridges, roads or other connections has an impact far beyond collision. When architectural surveyors study the cracks or other aspects in structural pathology of a building, they tend to interpret their findings with a narrowly defined boundary detecting deformations of the material.

This research programme aims to show off the work of the researchers and forensic architects who present structures as a material with complicated procedures when they are shaped, like a material in creation that can provide an information. Forensic architecture has the power to transform territorial formations into aesthetics in different ways. Architecture comes out as a documentary because it executes variations recording the effect of the dynamic fields. Forensic aesthetics comes to define, technics and technologies with things that are interpreted presented and mediated by the forum and the processes by which material becomes a political product.
