The researched is focused on the relationship of daylight and the affection that has in the architectural space. Beginning from the prehistory of this relationship we study in different times the affection of daylight and how it evolved and keeps evolving as a factor of design in different types of buildings, from museums, churches even simple houses . The evolution of the “art “of daylight passes through three faces the passing through the ages ( pre-industrial , industrial , post-industrial) . This evolution is affecting in a great deal the appearance of technical light . As a result of this discovery in modern times , the right use of daylight doesn’t have the same affection that had in previous times . The hold down the fort of the need of right management of daylight in buildings ,continue to keep tight many modern architectures. Focusing on the most known architects of this relationship (natural light -building) which are Le Corbusier , Tadao Ando and Peter Zumthor we analyze some of the most characteristic and important works of these three architectures . It seems that each one differently uses his own techniques in each type of building to achieve a relationship between light and building .
