The phenomenon of climate change and the successive strong natural phenomena (weather), the gradual depletion of natural resources, the economic collapse of many countries, hunger and inequality in the distribution of world wealth are the political-philosophical framework in which the future is prepared. of humanity. The politicalphilosophical conquests of the collective economy-housing, equality of rights and obligations and respect for the balanced relationship with the environment have not been adequately adopted and implemented. The industrial revolution and the development of life in cities gave philosophers, architects, scientists-researchers the opportunity to develop, propose, try to judge, innovative ideas of social organization, which were successfully implemented.
The philosophy (system of thought) of de-development is based on the proposition-hypothesis of a mild socio-economic transition which is based on the rules-propositions of environmental justice and the balanced redistribution of political power, the economic benefits of the developed sovereign states and the super- national multinational companies that are wasting natural resources on the planet.
The purpose of this paper is to critically explore the possibility of combining the principles and experimental results of de-development, cohousing, and the Internet of Things, as regulatory policy tools to support and guide the future of humanity, in order to overcome-cure the environmental catastrophes that caused by the uncontrolled capitalist use of natural resources and the violation of the rights of millions of people in relation to their environment.
