The occupation around Pelion in the area of ancient Magnesia and the evolution of housing through time is presented only in a limited comprehensive way into the present research. Today, we can only feel the way of habitation through excavations, traces and ruins of ancient houses and we can simply edit scientifically looking like conclusions. But we do not know about the quality of the colors used once in the houses, nor about the details of the construction nor about the mores and customs concerning habitation, especially in earlier times. Nevertheless, dwelling and its form has always been one of the predominant issues of life in all time periods, because life itself continued through housing. Through this research it was realized once again that the needs in each period of time, are frame at first in both of habitation and dwelling, while in times of fulfillment of the needs the design and the architectural creation took the baton. It seems that the residence is never alone through time, but it is always in connection with other structures around it such as various infrastructure projects, fortifications, buildings of religious interest but also simpler facilities or workshops, commercial and even micro business departments. Habitation was always linked to production and exchange as long as the security issue was first met. The form of housing almost always expressed the culture and a degree of development of societies and demonstrates the style and character of the relationships inside society or community with other similar groups. Sovereignty and independence, freedom, weakness, insecurity, defense, stubbornness and will for survival characterize homes and life. Plans and ways of habitation still contain a peculiar language and information that, if it translated by future generations, they will understand enough and will make their own conclusions about the mien of habitation through the present age.
