The National Theater of Rhodes is one of the major works of the Italian Rationalism in Dodecanese. It was founded and implemented by the Italian architect Armando Bernabiti (1936-1937). The theater is an example of historical transition from the
Italian occupation until the integration of Dodecanese with Greece, reflecting all the interventions that were made internally and outside the building over the years. Today's reality finds it closed, an internal and external construction site, scene reminiscent, preparing for the next show that will accommodate. The present work has as a purpose the recording of the audiovisual model of the theater. In this effort, modern forms of audiovisual media were searched and studied, which were found in buildings both in Greece and abroad. Particular emphasis was given to the series of documentaries "Architectures", a production of the Franco-German television channel Arte, created by Richard Copans and Stan Neumann.
