Dwelling in the greek city and the present urban landscape has become the reason for this study. The subject of the study is the city's image while traveling parallel to the frontal continuation of its natural and artificial limits (highway, great arteries entering and exiting the city, railways, riparian arteries), watching the landscape from a high point of view (zenith view) and also while observing the signs of dwelling in it.We are discovering the view of the city from high balconies, through the openings to uncovered spaces or from the great hight of rooftops, as it is being formed by the urban buildings. Using the observation of the constructed environment as a tool, an effort to survey and record on film some aspects of the constructed greek reality has been made. Facets of buildings have been photographed, focusing on the the cases of evolution and restructuring of the man-born environment and on the additive-subtractive movement of the cities. Passing on from panoramic facets to the facets of the dwelling units, meaning the urban buildings, and from that to the individual constructive elements that consist them, up to the facet of the microscale and the texture of the elements, a record of the heterogeneous elements of the greek scenery has been made.
