An initiative to document the construction methods and oral histories surrounding the "fournario" (traditional outdoor oven), in collaboration with the Cultural and Beautification Association of Kerasiotes (Pelion).

The project involves reviving the construction of the traditional oven—a fundamental element of the folk household found in every village home. Participants in this initiative will include students from the Department of Architecture at the University of Thessaly, under the guidance of Assistant Professor Aspasia Kouzoupi.
