This research project is an information about biking system and development of public transportation in Manhattan. It contain PLUTO (Property Land Use Tax Lot Output) Data system for further analysis and moves such topics as : Citybike company, which is the largest bikes holder in NEW YORK, DOT agency which mission is to provide for the safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible movement of people and goods in the city , and Vision 2020 – city comprehensive waterfront plan .

This research project is an attempt to introduce and moving on with problem of public transportation in Manhattan. By data base analyzation and number of different guidelines author is presenting current situation in ‘Big Apple’. By stands main existing problems, solutions and future plans and compare them with more developed cities, in green zone topic, is trying to show an unique quality of New York and it future problems.
